We interviewed Alicia Draper, a Professional Speaker focused on educating others how to interact with people with disabilities. Alicia was born with Cerebral Palsy and therefore is able to speak on such a topic with authenticity. She talks about her challenges in becoming a speaker. A college education gives you an edge but is not necessary….what employers are really looking for are people with SKILZ! People skills is #1….but remember you need to type fast and know how to use a computer (word, excell,outlook, etc.).
